[AA - Illusional Discovery]

i miss this kinda stuff on NG :/

i miss the "old days" on newgrounds when this would be on the top 30 and not the stuff that's there now. :/ its not that its all bad, its just that you can tell that there was a lot of work put into this compared to a lot of the stuff that gets on the top 30 these days.

you did an amazing job on this, and i hope that the people of newgrounds can appreciate the work and time you put into this song, and will vote fairly and not 0 bomb something that definitely doesn't deserve it.

BTW, what were the synths that you used in this song, and where did the drum samples come from? cause their really amazing!

The drum samples were from the "Legacy" tab in FL Studio 10 (Demo). The hats and clap were from the "Hiphop" tab in the "Legacy" tab and the Base Drum was a sample used in the demo song "Never Coming Down" labeled "Nusdnc" or something like that.

The synths were from the "Harmour" and "Sytrus" plugins, all slightly modified presets.

If you don't have FL studio, its a free download with no trials. (This was made with the demo version :o)

so...

this will/would be an amazing dubstep song! as of now though, it lacks a good initial drop and a melody. its also really dry, adding a nice pad could take care of that. the wobbles are pretty decent. in the beginning of the song i think i heard a sub bass, but once the wobbles came in, it was basically undetectable, you might wanna think about turning the sub up. another thing is that the length of the song needs to be extended quite a bit.

i hope this review doesn't seem mean or anything, its just that i see a lot of hope for this song, and I'd hate to see it not be finished. :3

Nah its not mean i No what i have to do this is a update to my demo? its not done still demo form i put up demos so my friends and fans can listen to the demo then the song later on when its done<3

hmm.....

i dont know why, but i feel that if the melody was more 8-bit sounding this could be better. also, your bass needs to be a lot heavier(more sub).

i like where this is going a lot! i think that changing that annoying hat would be good though, the mastering needs just a little work. other than that, this is great! cant wait for the full version.
